I am thrilled to announce that I do indeed have a bun in the oven! And this time, it is not one of the ooey-gooey cinnamon variety (although I could really go for one of those right about now!).
My little bundle of joy is expected in late August. I announced the news back in February to the regulars at my Eating Clean class series (because I could not contain my excitement, and I also could not hide the rising waistline of my apron strings.) Thank you so much this far on all of the well-wishes and kind words of wisdom for this first-time Mom.
So what’s next for Rooted Nutrition?
I will be taking some time to settle into the rhythms of home life with Baby, and as I do, I will also be humming away in the background, hosting cooking classes with guest instructors such as Ellexis Boyle- creator of our current Whole and Plant-Based Cooking and Baking Classes. Her classes run from April-June and will recommence in September, possibly with some new classes added.
