Join fermentation enthusiast Andrea Potter of Rooted Nutrition for this demonstration on how to make amazake. Amazake is a fermented rice beverage/porridge, popular in Japan. This class is a slightly more advanced fermentation class (we’ll be learning about inoculation and incubation here!), but all are welcome, it’s pretty easy to get the hang of.
Here, we apply amazake to make some tasty flavoured beverages and smoothies, or you can add it to your baked goods as a healthy sugar alternative.
